There was a scheduling conflict at the Lacy building for tonight’s meeting. Belle Maintenance and WNC Aviation scheduled an ADS-B seminar. I contacted the organizer and they said they had no idea we meet there every second Tuesday (as we have for many years).
Being the scrappy and adaptive group we are, we’re going to meet at the Circle B BBQ place across the street. I have jury duty today so I hope to get there before 6. Let’s plan on meeting at 6pm. You can eat there or not, that part is up to you.
Please call me at 828-450-7418 if you have any questions (remember I have jury duty so leave a voicemail or text me maybe)
I forgot to post about it, but last month we had a great time at the Hendersonville airport for our “meeting”.
We’re doing it again this month. 6pm on Tuesday August 8th at Anthony and Jon’s hangar.
Bring your own burgers or whatever you want to put on a grill and maybe a side to share. Also might want to bring yourself a chair, but we seemed to have enough last time.
We’ll provide grills and drinks.
email me at email@example.com or call at 828-450-7418 for ??s
I forgot to post about the June meeting.
We had one 🙂
We’ll be meeting at the Lacy Building at 7pm on Tuesday May 9th with a packed agenda.
A number of us are meeting at the Circle B Barbecue across the street at 6pm for dinner. Everyone is invited.
Although not directly aviation related, Mike Cola will be presenting on his experience with Formula SAE tonight, and why he’d encourage students to participate in similar competitions in aviation.

Many thanks to Cindy Carter for putting us in touch with them. That lady is awesome.
